In order to awaken to deep levels of healing, surrender and bliss, one has to make some different life choices and to explore what I call an Ecstatic Attitude. Also one needs to align with habits and practices that generate a higher vibration in our life

By celebrating what life is expressing right now through our body and welcoming it, becoming fascinated and, most importantly, disengaging from the mind’s interpretation of what the sensation/feeling means – then we are open to receiving the potential and energy that it really is. Our mind usually holds us hostage to the meaning that it puts on the moment – in reality everything that we feel is the power of creation expressing through us and has the power within it to set us free. We can come into deeper more surrendered alignment with the flow of life by taking a look at how and what we take into our body – be it breath, food, energy, thought etc.

Is what we are doing nourishing us or depleting us?

Do we know what makes us feel beautiful?

Do we take time to savour experiences, tastes and smells?

Do we look for the good and the beauty in everything
and everyone?

Do we look out for opportunities to share beauty and love or are we looking out for opportunities to become offended?

These all come into play within the Ecstatic Attitude.

When we look for the good and the beauty in things then we open ourselves up to the possibility of experiencing the mystery of the moment – if we look for what is wrong then we only see the negative in life. Our perspective affects everything, how we look at everything determines what we see, how we think and feel determines our state of being. We are who we practice to be – what thoughts and behaviours are you practicing moment to moment? Let’s choose to be the best we can be and see the best in everything and everyone and practice it until it becomes our natural state.

As one wise man once said – always look on the bright side of life..
