I am becoming increasingly excited about working online. The sessions and webinars that I have facilitated have all been really profound. As an energy led touchy-feely person, l am amazed at how much energy I and my clients feel through working together online – it is different but equally palpable and very powerful. Although I am still learning the technical side of remote working through a computer I am seeing the vast freedom that it offers and I am loving that expansion.
Weekly Breathwork and Somatic Meditation Webinars
These are hour long masterclasses. They continue to run at 7pm every Tuesday evening for the foreseeable future with more times being added soon. In them we explore different aspects of the Naturally Ecstatic system – each webinar will be a combination of elements including embodiment, breathwork and meditation and are an exploration of breath, vibration, and consciousness with transmission of source energy.
These webinars are on Zoom and are priced on a sliding scale from £5 to £35 so that nobody gets left out. If this is still too much then just message me.

Online 1-1 Sessions
The sessions I am offering online are:
- conscious breathwork,
- breath coaching – to revolutionize your breathing habits,
- tantric meditation and practices,
- cultivating and moving tantric energy,
- sexual healing and intimacy coaching – individuals and couples,
- meditation – training and guidance,
- managing stress and anxiety,
- life coaching,
- spiritual development and awakening sessions.
These sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes in length and are priced on a sliding scale from £70 to £135 per hour depending on your means – If this is still too much and you would like a session then just message me.

Online Meditations for your daily practice
If you want some daily help or guidance then there are several meditations on my AnchorFM channel – which at the moment is free to access – there are guided meditations and practices that last from 6 minutes to 40 minutes depending on how long you have and how deep you want to go – the short ones are also great for just pressing a mental-emotional reset inside.
